The increase of the land value per project is based on the following factors: location, re-zoning approval in place and the current economic situation. We list each project through a real estate broker to sell to other developers. As soon as we receive a reasonable offer, we send out a notice to all the individual owners of the given project to obtain a majority vote to decide on accepting an offer.
